Multiple Watch Support

I have received my PineTime, and the DFU issue does not seem to affect it, so I will now begin work on this, starting with a whitelist to choose which watches can connect.

I have narrowed this down to a hardware or firmware issue, tested with a new PineTime that just arrived today, and it appears to work reliably with that. I believe I can now close this issue.

I tried downgrading each package and that didn't help. I ultimately narrowed it down to either a hardware or firmware issue. I could not even get the recovery firmware to load. I then bought a new…
