Can't get battery information #26

Hello ad,

My pinetime is version 1.10.0.
I install and use ITD verson 0.07 and lastest version to test my watch, i can get some information as heat rate, motion, steps... but not battery.

cuong@cuongPC:~/itd$ ./itctl get batt
4:19PM FTL Error while running app error="characteristic 00002a19-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb (Battery Level) not available"

I use NRFconnect App to check Battery UUID, it still works normally and I can get battery value. You can see it in my attached images.
When I try to run itgui, I get an error about battery error.
So I can't know where is the problems, Can you help me about it ?

This error would only happen if the battery characteristic wasn't available. I believe you were also the one who asked for help here: https://github.com/InfiniTimeOrg/InfiniTime/issues/1285#issuecomment-1246525617. These errors make me suspect that there's something wrong with your computer's bluetooth stack or bluetooth adapter. Do you have another computer to test on?

Hi @Arsen6331 Thanks for your help,
I have tested it in anthor computer, one laptop, one PC but same this issue.
As you say, I may be missing something when installing IDT.
I test it again and find my problem here.
